This apartment is the jewel in SPA Retreat. It is a high quality equipped 3 room main apartment (Top 2). This offers a spacious entrance area, a Tyrolean-style kitchen, an extra large living room with tiled stove and a staircase to the spa. In front of the living room is a spacious sun terrace with over 40 m2 - the roof of the indoor pool. The bedroom is directly connected to the exclusive bathroom with corner bath, from which a door leads into the new twin room. The bathroom is also accessible through an entrance hall and a separate toilet directly from the living room.

This unique property is located on the sunny plateau of the Olympiaregion Seefeld in Tyrol at about 1,200 meters and is aligned with an unobstructed dream view to the south. The proximity to the cities of Innsbruck, Bolzano, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Munich make the Seefeld location ideal. All known ski resorts are very good and easy to reach. The ensemble is just a few minutes walk from the Golfacademy Seefeld golf course. Cross-country ski trails are right outside the front door. Likewise the village and ski bus stop. The center of Seefeld is about 15 minutes on foot or three minutes by car.
