The VIEW APARTMENT can be booked for 1 - 6 persons. This apartment is on the first floor of the SPA Retreat. It is a 3 room apartment (Top 3). This offers an entrance area, a kitchen, a living room with sofa bed and door to Twin Room. In front of the living room is a beautiful south-facing balcony with great views of the surrounding mountains - and the SPA Retreat Garden. The SPA area is accessible through the main staircase.
Together with the VIEW Studio, the 1st floor is a 5 room unit with 2 kitchens - 2 double beds - 2 singles - and 2 double sofabeds - for max. 10 people.

This unique property is located on the sunny plateau of the Olympiaregion Seefeld in Tyrol at about 1,200 meters and is aligned with an unobstructed dream view to the south. The proximity to the cities of Innsbruck, Bolzano, Garmisch-Partenkirchen and Munich make the Seefeld location ideal. All known ski resorts are very good and easy to reach. The ensemble is just a few minutes walk from the Golfacademy Seefeld golf course. Cross-country ski trails are right outside the front door. Likewise the village and ski bus stop. The center of Seefeld is about 15 minutes on foot or three minutes by car.
